Applying to a School
The steps from reading the guidebook to submitting an application, and what "locked" means.

Before you apply
Most institutes publish a guidebook (a prospectus) that you can read before deciding to apply — no login required. Not every institute has one; if there's no guidebook link, that institute simply hasn't published one, it's not a broken link.
Starting an application
- Log in or verify via the code (OTP) sent to you.
- Your application dashboard shows your current status and a document checklist.
- Fill in the application form and submit the required documents.
Understanding your application status
Your application will be in one of these states:
- Draft — you can still edit it; nothing has been submitted yet.
- Locked — the application has been submitted and can no longer be edited from your side. You'll see a locked view instead of the form.
- Submitted — locked and now with the institute for review.
If your application suddenly appears locked and you can't make a change you need to, that's expected once you've submitted — contact the school's admissions office directly to request a correction rather than looking for an edit option that no longer exists for you.
