This notice covers atelieroptimatix.com only. It sits under our Privacy Policy, which explains your rights and how to exercise them.
The short version
- Browsing the website needs no account and no sign-in.
- We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
- The only form is the contact form. We receive what you type into it, and nothing else about you except the technical signals listed below.
When you browse
Our pages are served by GitHub Pages. Like any web server, it receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and may keep this in server logs for security and operation. We do not receive or combine that data for our own profiling. The outside services your browser contacts to display the page are listed in Cookies and third parties.
When you use the contact form
If you send a message through the contact page, we collect:

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss working with you. We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Legal basis: your request to be contacted, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
Anti-spam checks
To keep automated spam out of our inbox, the form also sends these signals with your message:
- a hidden field that people never see and bots tend to fill in;
- how long the form was open before it was submitted;
- if switched on, a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge, which sees your IP address and basic browser signals to decide whether you are a person. See Cookies and third parties.
These signals are used only to decide whether to accept the message. We do not use them to profile you.
Where your message goes
Your message is sent from your browser directly to our own enquiry-management system (the Central Intelligence Atelier platform at cia.atelieroptimatix.com), which we operate. It is visible to our staff who handle enquiries. We do not pass it to other companies for their marketing.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. If your enquiry leads to a contract, the information we need for that contract is kept under the terms that apply to it.
Email and phone
If you email info@atelieroptimatix.com or call us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request, and apply the same retention period as above.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete anything you have sent us at any time: privacy@atelieroptimatix.com. Sending the contact form is optional; you can also reach us by email or phone.
