Applying to a School

Before you apply

Most institutes publish a guidebook (a prospectus) that you can read before deciding to apply — no login required. Not every institute has one; if there's no guidebook link, that institute simply hasn't published one, it's not a broken link.

Starting an application

1. Log in or verify via the code (OTP) sent to you.
2. Your application dashboard shows your current status and a document checklist.
3. Fill in the application form and submit the required documents.

Understanding your application status

Your application will be in one of these states:

• Draft — you can still edit it; nothing has been submitted yet.
• Locked — the application has been submitted and can no longer be edited from your side. You'll see a locked view instead of the form.
• Submitted — locked and now with the institute for review.

If your application suddenly appears locked and you can't make a change you need to, that's expected once you've submitted — contact the school's admissions office directly to request a correction rather than looking for an edit option that no longer exists for you.
