Most institutes publish a guidebook (a prospectus) that you can read before deciding to apply — no login required. Not every institute has one; if there's no guidebook link, that institute simply hasn't published one, it's not a broken link.

If your application suddenly appears locked and you can't make a change you need to, that's expected once you've submitted — contact the school's admissions office directly to request a correction rather than looking for an edit option that no longer exists for you.
