Reporting across every branch of a school group, and why head-office accounts can't open a single branch's screens.

Head office is for people who run a group of institutes rather than one of them. There are two such roles:
Both read the same group reports. The difference is reach: how many branches the account resolves to. A super admin additionally gets the Platform screens described below.
Group Overview is the landing page. Beneath it sit the group-wide views, each the same question a single branch would ask, but answered across every branch you can see:
These are read-across-the-group reports. Changing something for one branch still happens inside that branch, by someone with access to it.
Two group-level settings live apart from the reports:
Organisations and Provision Branch are internal platform work — creating a new customer organisation, and standing up a new branch inside one. An organisation admin doesn't see these even though they see everything above, and the restriction is enforced on the server as well as hidden in the interface, so it isn't something that can be worked around by going to the address directly.
