The prospectus (also called the guidebook) is readable before you apply and without signing in. It's there to help you decide whether to apply at all.

You may be told the institute hasn't published its prospectus online, with a suggestion to contact the school office for a printed copy. That's the accurate answer rather than a broken page — there's nothing to reload or hunt for.
