Getting Started as a Parent

First-time registration

1. Open the registration link for your institute (this sets which institute's branding and data you'll see — see Institute Branding).
2. Enter your details and submit.
3. You'll be sent a one-time code (OTP) to verify — enter it on the verification screen.
4. Set a password for your account.

The same verification and set-password screens are also used for resetting a forgotten password — they behave slightly differently depending on which flow you came from, so if a screen looks like the registration flow when you were expecting a password reset (or vice versa), that's expected, not a sign you're on the wrong page.

Logging in afterwards

Once registered, you can log in directly with your email/phone and password. If you arrive at the portal from the mobile app (an "open in browser" link), you'll be logged in automatically without needing to enter your password again.
