The four tabs of the teacher app, enrolling a child, and putting events on the calendar.

The KinderCare staff app is deliberately small. Everything lives behind four tabs along the bottom:
There's no side drawer and no separate admin area to go looking for. If something isn't on one of these four tabs, it isn't in this app.
Students → Add Student collects the child's details in grouped sections — personal information (full name, student ID, date of birth), academic information, and contact information including the address. You can attach a photo at the same time, taken with the camera or picked from the gallery.
Students can be searched by name from the Students tab, which is usually faster than scrolling once a class fills up.
The Calendar tab is editable, not just a view: you can add, edit and delete events. Deleting asks for confirmation first, since parents may already have seen the event in their app.
Account Settings is intentionally minimal. Alongside your account details it offers Request Account Deletion — a request to the school rather than something that happens immediately, so submitting it does not sign you out or remove your records on the spot.
